Crossfit Central invades Whole Foods again...
I had the great opportunity to participate in Lululemon's Weird Wednesday to lead a half CrossFit, half Acrobatic Yoga class on top of Whole Foods. (The same spot where we sweat at FGBIII)
When I put on the headset, I morphed into some kind of Billy Blanks meets Sea World Commentator...needless to say it was crazy and I was on fire!
The Lulu girls rocked it out!
Maranda and I got people flying with or Acrobatic yoga..well into sunset.
