BEYOND BODYWEIGHT: Small Group Training

Starting in October BEYOND BODYWEIGHT training begins. This is training limited to groups of three which will focus specifically on body control and strength gains through bodyweight conditioning. Balance, Coordination, Accuracy, and Agility are physical skills that will get enhanced along with Strength, Flexibility, and Stamina.
Groups of 3 will meet once a week over two months for a total of 8 sessions. We will use a physical assessment to measure our gains from the program. Specializing in body control and awareness- we will take our fitness to the next level. Get in on this great opportunity.

Group times are:
Mondays 9am (8 sessions)

Fridays 5pm (8 sessions)

(if you have a group of 3 who are interested but who cannot attend at that time, contact me and we'll get something figured out.)

This is what we do..

I love working with each and every one of you. It is with every beat of my heart that I thank you all and value every moment of our moments- in the fields, on top parking garages, in the gym, at your homes, parks, and schools. I truly believe we are born into this and that we could not do it without each other. Thank you.

What else can you do besides Fran..?

As we all know, Crossfitters are some of the most well rounded athletes in the sense of mastering the 10 General Physical Skills (i.e. Strength, Speed, Stamina...ect) BUT how to you apply your physical talents outside of the 3,2,1,go moments.
Please send me your pictures or stories.

Style.

Style is the answer to everything. Fresh way to approach a dull or dangerous day. To do a dull thing with style is preferable to doing a dangerous thing without style. To do a dangerous thing with style, is what I call art. -Bukowski

Parkour Workshop a Great Success!

Everyone who attended learned a lot and had a blast! Everyone learned several ways to approach and to get over various obstacles, gained new perspectives on how to interact with any given envorinment, and safety techniques. Thank you all. I also want to send out a special thanks to fellow friends and trainers Chris Hartwell and Sarah Mount who assisted/participated in making this workshop great. I love my job and all the amazing people I get to work with!

This was in the summer of '08. The footage was buried until it was recently recovered some short time ago. I feel this video captures some of the exciting potential of collective human energy.

...I have helped several people discover and develop their capabilities in human potential and to deepen their abilities as Practitioners of Movement. No prerequisites or experience needed. Anyone at any level can get started. All you need is the drive and commitment to actually get it started. I am the person who will make it happen. Contact me at 512-921-7563.
