One Thing Each Day

Eleanor Roosevelt said "Do one thing every day that scares you."
I don't know about the every day thing, but taking risks takes practice, and if we keep doing the same things we already know, in the same way, our willingness to dare to be different atrophies. Each day, week, month, year that goes by without doing at least one thing we weren't sure we could do, we lose more of our ability to just try.

Olympic LIfting

The other day Jeremy Thiel and Michael Gregory hosted a O-lifting seminar at the CrossFit facility and I was lucky enough to attend. It was 3 hours of pressing technique & form into our systems as we went through things like Burgener warmup before we grabbed the olympic bars and put on the weight. We also covered some kettlebell techniques. All in all, it was a great seminar!
