I have been working as a proud member of the CrossFit Central Team since my level l cert. at the origional CrossFit in Santa Cruz in July 07. In that time I have worked with people of all ages, body types, and fitness goals. It have been a honor and a pleasure to have a hand in so many people's fitness development.
I strive daily to unlock new levels of the human potential as it pertains to funcuntional movement and environment interaction. Those who ahve worked with me are fully aware how passionate I am about what I do and it reflects in my teaching. I look forward to working with you all.

Parkour- the training discipline to overcome any obstacles within one's path by adapting one's movements to any given environment in the swiftest, most efficient manner possible.

Hand Balance- The body awareness and muscular control you will develop from practicing these hand balancing skills cannot be beat by any other means. True strength comes from being able to control your efforts to a high ability.

Bodyweight Proficiency- Press your bodyweight with a barbell? All good, but can you actually press your bodyweight..? There is a strength to be had for one who can manipulate objects but there also something to be had for those who can manipulate themselves around any object. Those who master these skills will tap into a deeper application of the 10 general physical skills- Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, Balance.
