Personal Training

Personal training sessions are a great way to get the attention and focus that you can't get from a regular class. Direct intention is put into each session to work on the specific needs of each individual to ensure they are meeting their goals. It is a great way to put focus on specific movements and/or skills that arise within our methodology of training. Deepening the concepts and solidifying the foundation is my aim.

I currently offer Personal Training (1 on 1) as well as Small Group Training (2 or 3).
