Free Workout at the CrossFit Central Gym


This past Saturday Crossfit Central hosted two free gym workouts. In teams of 4 complete 3 rounds for time of:400m run carrying 2kb's, a sandbag,100 Pull ups, 100 Box Jumps, 100 WallBalls
