Gymnastics Applied to CrossFit

Saturday after the free Under the Bridge workout the coaches gathered back at the box while I put on a hour and a half seminar covering gymnastics as it applies to functional fitness and to the principles of CrossFit. Some of the techniques covered were things like spotting, forward rolls, handstand variations, cartwheels, and knee to elbow advancements. It was a very hands on seminar and everyone (well maybe not Zach...) was eager to get turned upsidedown. Here's some pics from this event.
