Nutrition…the foundation of weight loss

Looking at the science behind good nutrition is a detailed and complex thing involving hormone levels, digestive absorption, etc. Following good nutrition does not have the be complicated…at it’s most basic, we should eat meat & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
