Randal Setzler
Randal is the leader and organizer of the Austin Parkour scene for over 4 years. Randal hosts Parkour and free running workshops. He has received his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Relson Gracie and has participated in submission grappling tournaments. Randal is CrossFit Level I certified and has certification in Trigger Point Performance Therapy. Randal has also received CrossFit Certifications in Gymnastics, Endurance running as well with Kettlebells. Some of his other interests include Equestrain Vaulting, Partner Balance, Method Naturalle, and Fire Spinning. Randal continues to push the limits of human potential and has helped many to excel in their pursuit of physical improvement.
