Starting in October BEYOND BODYWEIGHT training begins. This is training limited to groups of three which will focus specifically on body control and strength gains through bodyweight conditioning. Balance, Coordination, Accuracy, and Agility are physical skills that will get enhanced along with Strength, Flexibility, and Stamina.
Groups of 3 will meet once a week over two months for a total of 8 sessions. We will use a physical assessment to measure our gains from the program. Specializing in body control and awareness- we will take our fitness to the next level. Get in on this great opportunity.
Group times are:
Mondays 9am (8 sessions)
Fridays 5pm (8 sessions)
