"Fit Folks" article in The Statesman

Who thought you could keep Austin weird and keep yourself fit at the same time? I sure did! I have taken not only my fitness but my client's fitness outside of the box and into the realm of whimsical by incorporating techniques like fire spinning, hand balance and parkour into our normal workout routines. On any given day, you might find me around town scaling walls, attending a party with fire in hand or hosting a partner balance workshop.
