For the 1 in 6, for my Family,for my Team, & for Myself
This is one of my favorite FGB videos. It shows the intensity of the workout and it shows some of the reasons why we do what we do. My father has prostate cancer and so I too am on the list of people who this workout/fundraising event touches on a level close to home.
I want to take this time to personally thank Mel Joulwan, Jen Ahrens, Philip Mclain, & Elliot Roufa. All of these kind souls donated to this cause on my behalf. Much appreciation to you all!
