Med. Ball Mayhem

All aboard! The med. ball wagon has pulled into the station and is about to rocket CrossFit Central Bootcampers into a slimmer, toner midsection by strengthening the abs, obliques, and lower back. Improving core strength should be a goal for everyone. Movement and stability begin with the core – abdominals, lower back, hips and spine. The core is the body’s center of power. Using a medicine ball to train the core is perfect because you can perform so many functional movements similar to those that you do in everyday life.
The CrossFit Central Bootcampers that meet M/W/F 6:15-7:15@LCRA are all agree how invaluable of a tool the med. ball is. The proof is in the results.
