Resistance Band Training







The Lamar Bootcamp meets Tues/Thus from 5:30-6:30am and they always work hard!
Today we tried out some fitness bands (like the ones used for assisted pullups) but instead decided to try them out for developing break away speed, cardio, and strength. The verdict is in and it looks like thumbs up across the board. Feel free to come check out the bootcamp and see what we do. We'll even let you try it out for free!

Resistance band training was a blast. Even though you made us run with the band on our hands and fet.

ahaha! Touche. But we will better athletes after training with methods that are outside our normal realm of conditioning and/or comfort zone.
