As we all know, Crossfitters are some of the most well rounded athletes in the sense of mastering the 10 General Physical Skills (i.e. Strength, Speed, Stamina...ect) BUT how to you apply your physical talents outside of the 3,2,1,go moments.

I know several people who have trained out there. The aerial and harness work they do is soooo amazing! Good luck and have a blast!! (and let me know how it goes!!!!)
Holy Moly!!! It was sooooo hard!!! And, so AWESOME! I'm in awe of the work they do out there!
