Parkour at CrossFit Kids!


I got to play with the 4pm kids class on Monday.We learned how to vault, worked on balance, speed and agility. It was a blast!

Remember, beginning Monday August 3rd, CrossFit Kids Indoor will be divided into an older and a younger class. 7-10 year olds will be at 4:00-4:45 and 11 and up will be at 4:45-5:30.

Saturday UTB: Free Community Workout



This workout is similar to a CrossFit Central boot camp. Expect body weight resistance exercises, med ball work, and other explosive interval training.

Building a PLAYFULLY Fit Community

Every Sunday I pull out my puzzle mats, parallettes, kettlebells, and such at the Barton Springs Cirkus Skills that I co-organize with a crew of amazing people. We push the limits of human potential on a weekly basis- and we do it smiling. Come out and play with us!

It's okay to believe.

I watch this video at least once a week. It makes waking up at 4:40 and 5:20am every other morning not so bad. It makes the incredible soreness that only a x-fitter will know seem minimal. It makes having a diet that the outside world sees as "insane & anal retentive" not matter. This video reminds me of The Path, MY Path.. of what I have chosen to be and become. The critics will doubt. I/we are bigger than that. It's okay to believe. It's okay to acheive. Who will you listen to...?
