Community.

It blows my mind to know that 20,000 people have clicked on this video... That's bigger than my home town! When I step outside myself and look at things from the big picture I fully realize and appreciate where I am in life/where I'm going, the amazing crew I work with, the gym/box that I train at, and all the amazing people in the middle. Thank you all. Without this community - I am nothing.

This past weekend Crossfit Central trainers got together for a little friendly competition to prepare for the qualifiers. All the athletes above have a great shot at qualifying for the International Crossfit Games.
